Terms that keep the handoff clean.

THE SHORT VERSION
Clear enough to use. Specific enough to trust.
This is the product-facing policy draft that the registration flow references today. Replace it with counsel-approved language before a public launch.
01

Using Zurvo

By creating a workspace, publishing an artifact, or using Zurvo’s API or MCP tools, you agree to these Terms. Keep your account credentials private and use the service only in ways you are allowed to.

02

Temporary by design

Zurvo is a temporary publishing relay, not a backup drive. Links can expire or be revoked, so keep a copy of anything you need to retain outside the service.

03

Your uploads, your responsibility

Only upload or share material you have the right to use. Do not use Zurvo to distribute unlawful content, malware, private information without permission, or anything that violates another person’s rights.

04

Access and service changes

We may update product limits, security controls, or these Terms as Zurvo evolves. Material policy updates should carry a new version and be presented before they apply to a new registration.

05

Privacy goes alongside this

These Terms govern use of the product. Read the Privacy Notice to understand the data the service handles while doing its job.
